I don't think the staff will confirm it, no. I haven't asked directly, but that's what I've been told.

Alright. Even if Bucky Barnes didn't get along with people, that isn't the same as being okay with framing him. That's one way to narrow it down.

I'm not so sure. If you were being possessed by a shadow you might not have any compunction about framing someone, but it would be logical to choose someone who didn't have vocal defenders.

I mean, they are still themselves though, it's not like someone is controlling their actions. Sieghart said it just made him act out on his rage more.

In a case like that, would you frame someone you're close to?

I'm agreeing with you. I think you are right - the way Sieghart described the shadows, they are not likely to frame someone they're close to.

But I'm not sure who was close to Bucky. Cloud, perhaps.

It would be hard to explain to the person who gets scapegoated that we wanted to save our tickets for vague things that are sold in the shop.

Mollymauk made a good point in the trial. We're barely adding up to the fifteen now, and it's only going to get harder as more people die... and I worry that in the future people might opt to buy one just because there's a time limit for it, and not because it's actually needed.

I wouldn't be against agreeing not to do it, I just suspect that emotions will make it difficult to put into practice.
