Once, after I was turned into a frog and had to watch two women I liked kiss in front of me while I ate flies, I followed them when I turned back into a human because they were both heartbroken because the love curse was a love triangle.
All I was able to say was to ask if she'd consider a polyamorous relationship. And then I told her that the man she actually loved would never look in her direction.
Needless to say, I often fail to understand the hearts of others.
oh well, i think the fact that you tried says a lot it means that you cared enough for her to try to help ease her sadness, even though you knew that sadness would only be a temporary one it could have been easy to have just waited for the curse to wear off
