I feel like they run high enough when we have a week to come down from them each time. No come down period sounds… like a lot. Even if it is over quicker.
If you want to get really paranoid, it could be one person planning and tweaking these things over time and then outsourcing them as and when they're needed or "required" according to some parameters that only make sense to them.
