anyway, tsuru is going to track down hisoka, wherever he is today. unfortunately. ]

Tsuru can find Hisoka. All the man has to do is, near the southern path, follow... the... flowers? There's two of them, standing upright on leaves folded like feet. They aren't very tall, maybe five or six inches, and they way with their "hands," which are just leaves too.

And then they start waddling off, stopping to look back in hopes he'll follow.]

but tsuru thinks this is?? very cool??? this is how he got murdered so easily, he just follows after the flowers because,,, ]

The flower duo lead Tsuru to... the beach! And there is Hisoka. He has his shirt off (cursed), but everything else is on (thank god). He glances back. The flowers come to a stop and stand up straight on either side of Tsuru, giving a salute.]

[ he does not think anything about hisoka being shirtless. but tsuru will wave goodbye to the flowers before walking over to hisoka the rest of the way. ]

Are you busy?

[Unbeknownst to Tsuru, once he leaves and has his back to the flowers, they throw up their leafy arms in "pain" and wilt into husks and crumble into ash. Goodbye.]

I'm not. Why do you want to know?

[He seems interested which is bad.]

but tsuru just looks as content as he normally does, because he somehow keeps completely missing how terrible hisoka is. ]

[ fighting on the beach would probably be more difficult, but tsuru isn't picky ]

[Stepping back and turning, Hisoka motions toward the castle pointedly.]

[The beach would be challenging, but... Maybe he just wants to go fast and hard and not worry about working around anything? It's fine.]

but tsurumaru simply nods at that, and he immediately will start heading to the castle. ]

Hm... not yet. I've been trying to get Lune to agree to a match, but he keeps changing the subject.

Is Sol strong?

Would you like to fight him together? He was quite fun the last time. Lune wouldn't tell me if he could hold his own. Perhaps we could double-team him, too.

I wanted to see if either of them could. Shirasu, unfortunately, didn't want to get involved in our fight. Sol is... delicious. I wanted to be rougher, but we were asking questions.

[ tsuru, once again, thinks hisoka just has interesting word choices because he is completely unaware of how much of a creep hisoka gets over this kind of thing. ]

Ah... well! There's always next time, if he agrees to another fight.

[Hisoka motions toward the arena set up in the center of the castle once they reach it. A lot of wide, open space just for them to get their fight on.]

[ he'll unsheathe it then, looking at the blade for a second before his gaze shifts towards hisoka. ]

Ready whenever you are.

[Hisoka smiles.

Very slowly, the sound of splitting plant heralds the vines that weave out of the skin of his back. It's pretty gross, but thankfully all Tsuru can see for now is the handful of what curls up over his shoulders and snakes down by his waist. A quarter of the way up the ends, the vine flesh bulges--thorns curve out an inch or so.]

I'm ready.

[He doesn't move. Two vines whip out around him, lightening fast, and dive straight for Tsuru.]

at least, after the vines appeared, he more or less expected something like this. they're faster than he thought they would be though, so instead of opting to leap completely out of the way he aims to cut them instead, moving only to support his own balance. ]
